What does “sold by weight” mean?

Our Unique Concept: At Weigh N Buy, we don’t price per item. We believe material and quality should determine the value.

Simple Pricing Logic:

Fixed Rate: Everything in your cart is calculated at a flat rate of £30 per kilogram (1000g).

Weight-Based Price: Your final price is simply: Total Weight (kg) × £30.

Averaged Sizes: To keep pricing fair and simple, we use a fixed average weight for each style, so an XS and an XXL cost the same.

Gram Transparency: Each product clearly shows its weight in grams (g) so you can track your total as you shop.

How Returns Work

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account → Orders.
  3. Select your order and click “Return / Refund / Exchange.”
  4. Submit your request with the reason and photos (if applicable).
  5. Wait for our approval email.
  6. After approval, arrange your own courier and send the parcel to our warehouse.
  7. Share your courier tracking number (if requested).
  8. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, refund, or exchange, you must have a customer account on our website.
  • After your request is approved, you will receive an email with our warehouse return address and return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Please ensure the returned item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
